  • Cool. one other side effect of starving yourself is offsetting you eating balance. Your body will try to feed off of itself and go into shock.On top of all that once you do this for awhile your body won't be able to tell when its full after a certain amount which lead back into over eating to feel full. I knw this because i put back on the wait i lost doing this bullshit overworking myself.

  • Fuck all that getting diesel shit. You must start with getting your breathing and stamina right.Without none of that you cannot do any decent kind of reps in everything. Jogging is the best way to start off light. Your stamina is all that matters most.Cut the Fried Foods and late night partying and eating. Eat Grilled food leave the drinking alone. don't starve yourself either just eat right and healthy. Once you start the processes it becomes rewarding and then you can work on everything else.

  • The key to losing weight is to fall out of love with food. Replace it with something new. I'm on that journey too!! I lost alot of weight since May, and still working on it!!

  • ya man i lost like 40 lbs of fat and the main thing is eating healthy. If i told people the things i eat everyday they would think it's disgusting and bland.

  • Remember that everyone is different. I did a diet a couple of years ago, and slowly gained the weight back. Tried to do the same diet again and it didn't work. This time it's about changing what we eat, how much we eat, and the times we eat. I know I couldn't stick with food that's disgusting and bland, cause soon as I taste some delicious food, I couldn't go back to bland. Fried foods are fine (unless cholesterol problems) with limits. 2 pieces of chicken instead of 4 according to your goal.

  • I eat chicken,tuna,salmon,swordfish,­turkey,oatmeal,brown rice, wheat bread, fruits & veggies and protein powder and nuts and almond . and eat 5 meals a day to speed up my metabolism. I'm starting to see a 6pack for thefirst timein my life. and once a week i pig out on w ahtever i want f or one meal and have kept the weight off

  • That diet may work for you, but alot of foods you listed has a high potentail for allergies for some people. That's why I say the nutritional diet should be derived on an individual basis.

    ~Lets take potatoes. Some people have a natural reaction to potatotes that make them hold weight, while others stay thin as a rail.

    ~I prefer my workout to stay in shape I like:) don't want to start a workout I won't stick with once I see results. Don't wanna be a hardbody chic no way.Being cushy is fun
