I'm trying to find out some more info on John Searl, but frankly you haven't given me much evidence that his stuff doesn't work. Yes it brings into question his character, that he would steal electricity. But you do not answer the larger question of what he needed all that electricity for and what did he do that caused a blackout.

I personally look at peoples inventions separately from their "history" as its easy to have somebody descredited.

If you want to disprove what he is saying how about you go find the news papers the articles are claimed to have come from (which you should be able to do from a library) and then make a video showing the articles are not in them... ofcourse you will find that difficult because the articles are infact there and I can vouch for that because I have seen them myself.

And if you ask Searl to build a very cheap low budget mock up and make a youtube video showing input power and output power, he again gets defensive and says he needs $300,000 investment to build one. Strangely enough, I arrived at the same conclusion after a while ! Searl IS quite sad! Thats the bit that bothered me for a while. He seems to play/prey on the sympathy of those who'd like to think he's actually onto something. That's why I initially started to quiz the technical content of the crazy claims !

Either way, the more publicity against the Searl con is posted on the net, the greater a chance of anyone investing is diminished. John Searls technology never worked, that is the sad truth. Nobody has ever witnessed it operating apart from himself. Previously John would say he couldn't make his generator because of the cost of one of the materials but then someone donated the required material. Next came the excuse that a magnetising machine had to be built. This was done a few years ago...I don't know what the latest excuse is but it will be just one in the long line given until john passes from this world.
