@Kuro1156 reduce the graphics to the lowest one that should help, if it stills lags, then it might be because you don't have the requirements OR you internet is low(if multi-player)

@alaskanbadcompany2 Depending on the kind of hardware a PC has, a game will always look better on a high end PC compared to a console. Faster CPU, more/faster ram, better video card etc.

Then DICE worked on adding extra features to PC versions for people with PC's that could handle them. Xbox is a very limited in this regard, games have to be developed with more constrictions.
