  • dumb ass

  • So Cute!!!

  • hes so cute :)

  • My tarantula is like him, very friendly with people even though they run a mile. His name might have something to do with it aswell lol. (Phantom) But hes my baby : )

  • omfg thats the cutest spider video ive seen.

  • awww cute XD Do they have to get used to you then?

  • This video is amazing mate.

I have a chilli rose, mines called indie :)

I had a baby one called spud, but m cat knocked the box of the shelf and she/he died :(

    Amazing creature <3

  • well done.. this s a really nice chilean rose, did you raise him from a spiderling?

  • nice!!! 5/5... have u ever been bitten?

  • wierd gay guy doing weird shoulder pop thing........just creeps me out

  • u have an AWSOME TARANTULA but u r holding it way to far of the ground if he/she fell from there he/she would die!

  • pretty lame background music, nice spider though...

  • I watched this video last year and loved it, glad i found it again ...your T looks really happy.

  • Where's the other video with Trevor?

I thought it was so cute.

    methodistgirl

  • ah.

    poor spider.

  • spider is not toy! :|

  • Simply amazing,You sir are the greatets man of earth i showed my mam this video and it cured her fear of them so i got a pet one shes lovely!

  • I'm scared f spiers but trever is very cute! I one day i just wase't scared of spiders any more which was yesterday so I'm deceided to get a chil rose tarantula i'm soooooo exited to get one!

  • I really wish I could hold my Chilli rose but she's not very friendly..

    Trevor your sooooo cute :)

    x

  • He's gorgeous :) I also have a chilean rose, but she's only a baby, a few weeks old so she's about 3 inches long. Her name is Mandy. She spends all day building weird mounds in her tank, it's adorable. Long live the Tarantulas!

  • a chilean rose at a few weeks long is like 1cm long not 3 inches

  • Sorry, I meant months actually. She's now 7 months and huge. When I first got her she was about 1cm long and pink. She now has dark red/brown hair.

  • lol i thought you had a super tarantula, i got a chilean rose spiderling 2 days ago they are amazing

  • hey mines about 3 to 4 inch and female but never got told the age, do u no roughly how old shell be by the size?

  • @doubletrouble374 Well when my 1st Rosea was 4 inches she was about 3 years old. These are very slow growing Tarantulas and take about 5 years to get there full size

  • ok cheers, how often do they moult, ive had mine 4 month now n she still hasnt moulted

  • @doubletrouble374 Im not to sure to be honest it kind of vairys. You will know when they are going to molt because their abdomen will go dark black and they will stop eating. But when she molts dont feed her for 7 days because the fangs will be soft for a while and could get damaged

  • @BulletprufZombie

Obviously an old comment, but about 3 inches means definitely more than a few weeks old :-S

Unless by a few weeks you mean different to me... To me a "few weeks" is less than 2 months.

  • if a tarantula falls more than a foot onto a firm surface its abdomen will burst like a rotten plum-some thing for you to consider perhaps..!

  • Haha, He's a Cutie!

  • man that spider is so energetic compared to some i see. i can tell you really look after it well. i never knew you could take them out to the garden (im new at spider knowlege) one question is it true that the more you handle them the less they live.

  • I just held a chilean rose for the first time today, They are so beautiful and gentle creatures I want one. I love this video. You look like you really love Trevor! x

  • I love the walk at the beginning hahaha

  • i wouldnt consider handling it that high from the ground if it falls bang you spider is gone try handle it close to the floor or on a bed on a soft surface

  • fair play ur trantula is fit:L. :P. na oj lol cool:) i love it

  • i heard that males live for 8 months and females for a few years..so if trevor is still alive..i would consider renaming him teressa :L (could think of any girly trevor names..trevorina..)

but despite them not liking open spaces i just took my c rose (clive..now clivetta) into the garden for 5 mins in suit of this vid (:

    yah (:

  • who told you this?

  • i thought it was common knowlege?

  • your wrong the males can live up too 10 years and females can reach up to 20

  • males can live up too 10 years and femals can reach 20 i have 16 year old female

  • good job

  • wat did u use for the ground/floor in its tank? plz reply to my account

  • coconut dust.

  • hello i have resently bought a T he settled in perfect in the first 2 weeks but the last 2 days she has been very lazy not eating and has a couple of bold patches on the abdumum i am getting really worried some one please write to me please

  • how old is she?...she may be getting ready to molt...is it a he or a she...you said both..a and a she...some females usually skip the molting process..(usually when older)...if not molting...may be sick?...local vet..

  • Give me thumbs down but you guts are crazy. I have arachnophobia out the ass and would definitely have a heart attack if I woke up with that thing in my room.

  • then why you watching spider videos..??...trying to overcome it?

  • LOL same here. Idk though. I actaully kinda want one.

  • OMG I have a chile rose a year and half old called speedo I handle her but never put her on me shoulder n head arnt u afraid ul drop him or hel bite u and a chile that big must be a femnale

  • try not to handle you rose too much...these critters may be docile and calm most of the time....but they do like to be left alone...not telling you how to look after your pet...but they will tend to bite...if handled too much...ciao

  • kwl

  • idiot nvr take a tarantula outside lots of reasons......pestacides,wind,tarantula hawks ticks and more be carefull man gramastolea rosea gala are a great species

  • spiders in captivity like adventure...it keeps them happy..to discover new things...

  • so cute <3

  • You stress the T! Don´t handle it so much...

  • nice vid ,its cute but that T. looks like a female to me.

  • LMAO!!! i forgot about trevor! (:0) i just put up a video of my chilean rose mary jane :) its not that long though, and kinda boring...... well its getting warmer out so i might make an intersting video of her :) her or my seamonkeys

  • cool spider normally dont like spiders but chile rose and cobalt i like, still no match for my desert hairy scorpion XD (name is snoopy).

  • OMG Trevor is adorable. Do you ever get worried that you are going to drop him? I want one really bad. Did you raise him as a Sling, or did you get him full grown? Awesome video. So cute...

  • Hi there LittleMoonRabbit,

If you really want a chilean rose really bad go for it!

They are so lovely and once you can handle them you will not want to put them down.

And they are fascinating to watch

  • I love Trevor and this video has helped me to handle Maggie, our new Chilean Rose. She is quite young and once she has settled in she may make a video and be almost as famous as the wonderful Trevor. He's lovely. Great video.

  • Cool video!!!!!

  • Can't believe I'm saying this, but that's a cute spider! I despise spiders and freak out usually, except if it is one of those friendly tarantulas, like the Chilean Rose or Mexican Red Kneed. Those I'm comfortable with.

  • that chili is so sweet and that guy in the vid is hot lol

  • aww cutie !! i cant wait untill i can get my chile rose XD

  • My Chilean Rose Hair is named Toby!

He`s sooooo cute!^~^ Trevor is sooooo cute too!

  • Cutest spider vid I've seen on here! I wish my Chi-Chi was as social as that one but I just got her.........

  • awsome i want one sooo bad

  • Aww, what an adorable and cute sider! Aw, it's so precious! I want one! (^~^)

  • very cool rose hair, I wish mine (Jezebelle) (adult female) would climb the glass onto my hand though, it seems like she's tried but doesn't even get half way. So i only take her out when she's on top of her log, but will try to make it more of an everyday thing since trevor seems to have gotten used to it.

  • Trevor looks Awesome. Got my first Rose Hair this week. Said to be the most docile of tarantulas. Love this video, helps to calm some of my fear. She's still so small so i'm leaving the handling for later. Also takes this spider 3-4 years to fully grow, so think I have lots of time!! Won't know the sex for awhile either, so picking a she and naming her Drucilla!!

  • nice to see u bring your rose for a walk in the garden and u have it toilet trained too lol

  • Thats such a beautiful Spider =) i will be getting a Chile Rose Tomorrow first time ive ever had a Spider ... Are they Good for Handling ??? i would like to handle one as ive handled many Dangerous Snakes and ive handled many Tarantulas Before But that was when i was like 5 though i am 11 now ... please give me advice ty

  • i would laugh if it bit you ol poor spider tho

  • Bitey small travel in the garden? It's very good video.

  • aww he is adorable i have a pink toe female :p

  • Iv'e got a female chilli rose called Anstice she's about 6 months old.

And i'm also a snake person with 2 rat snakes.

  • i gotta a chilli rose called legs but when he escapes it drives my mom mental....

  • u know 1 bite of her can kill u and u still play with her ok ok 5stars for that action ur brave^^

  • nah, inless there alergic to him, it wont be worst then a bee sting.

  • Trevor's a handsome boy, and quite a sweety, too!

  • what a beautiful spider

  • im going to rate u five because u know my bro rayzor2k7 kk so here have 5 stars

  • Although not being a spider person, this is a pretty cool video :D

Im more of a snake person, as you can see in my channel..

    cya!

  • i would like a pet snake, but its illegal where i live... GOD DAMNIT! whateever though, i have my dog angus, and my chilean rose mary jane :) (i used to have fish till they were eaten by raccoons :(...)

  • Haha I have one and my name is Trevor, its name is Bitey.(although it never bites.)

  • how often do u take him out? he seems VERRY docile.

  • He is handled every day which does make him 'friendlier' which is good!

  • @lifeisthebest89 Good Job i do the same to my spider i take him out nearly all day and when its 8pm exactly i take him back to hes viv. and at 7am he comes out again. evryday. it never bite & not doing their defensive position.

  • Check out Trevor's new video posted on my channel!

  • Awsome! Besides this might sound crazy for anyone to do but has anyone ever burned a tarantula?

  • Great Video. you hav quite an active spider there.

  • Dude, that is THE best tarantula video I have ever ever ever seen!! Well-unusual song to have played alongside a spider!! Knocks the socks off any of the vids with people feeding their spiders live mice etc.

Thanks, you just made me and my sister laugh our tits off!!

  • Haha!! Thankyou very much! Well these creatures shouldn't be made out to be evil when they are as adorable as Trevor!! lol

  • That's a nice looking, well behaved tarantula. As I am in Australia, unfortunately it's impossible for me to obtain a tarantula as a pet. Out of curiosity, on the rare occasions that chile rose tarantulas do bite, is it very painful?

  • Yes they can bite, I have only found out from research, never actually been bitten. I think it causes a swelling or rash for a while which is painful!

  • It's like a bee sting, from what I've heard.

Once I get my tarantula, I'll put videos up of her. :D They can be stars together!

  • hes so cute the chilean rose is the tarantula im getting soon ill post a video if i get him

  • moeeeeeeeeee sweeeeeeeet .....how old is trevor?

and i got a question.. can spiders bite?

  • yes and all spiders are poisnous, but tarantualas rarely bite, depending on how you treat it and the spder personality, and it wouldnt harm you if a tarantula bit you anyways, it would just be like a bee sting

  • =D My chilean is on order... I get him/her in about a week n my snake in two... I will certianly post some! Thinkin about naming it either Isabelle or Jeremy... eep im excited!

  • ... I'm allowed a snake, which im happy with... But a spider is my ultimate aim! I showed my dad your vod of trevor n he is thinking about it... Fingers crossed... =D

  • Wow thats fantastic! I would love a snake! Well I do hope that you get what you want, and do take lots of footage of your new pet, I would be very interested!

  • cool a snake! id like a snake, but where i live its illegal to keep reptiles as pets :l my dad wants one . but we probablly wouldnt get them if it was legal anyways becuase we cant really feed them live mice LOL, also i have a dog that im always playing with so id need to wash my hands constantly, but ya a snake would be cool. but im really looking for a tarantula!

  • I was TERRIFIED of spiders... I'd cry if i saw one of any size... Now... I want one =) I'm fascinated with them! Do they bite? (honestly)

  • The chance of a rose biting are slim, however if they do then it only causes a rash and pain for a little while...nothing serious!lol. Trevor has never bitten, and if you treat them well then they are fine! They are very easy pets to look after aswell, I recommend them!

  • I watch this video every week... It makes them look sweet not scary! Im a fan pf this cutie!

  • Oh good! They are lovely creatures and people shouldn't fear them as they are adorable!...Trevor especially!

  • aww sweet i wud run a mile if he woz in my house or crawlin all over me lol...cute pet tho x

  • Aww he's adorable. Great video!! Go Trevor!
