i always thought (in gauss) that the gaussian surface you choose, if it´s outside, then the charge inside the surface, because of the fact that it isnt inside the inner sphere, should just be equal to charge/free space permitivity... some how you took the J (current density) OUTSIDE the inner loop... why???
