thanks for a great tutorital. i have mastered the single staff and most of the contact moves and now feels ready to begin double staffs. im 1,73 cm in heigh . u think 1 meter staffs or 91 cm or 95 cm staffs will b good for me?

This is 1 metre, but I'm a pretty small guy, so if you wanna chose the same kind, try to keep the same proportion with your body.
