@SonnyDelight69 FYI- That's not necessarily a bad thing. As a long time massage recipient, I've learned that massage has a way of bringing things to the surface so to speak. In other words, symptoms (i.e: muscle pain and stiffness) can get worse before they get better. From what I understand, the value of massage is that it breaks up adhesions that have developed over time in the muscle fibers and attachments. Hence, it feels worse but it's a deeper healing in the long run. Hope this helps :)

@905kiwi Deep tissue massage is it's own massage. Swedish is more of a relaxing, getting the toxins out kind of massage. You can incorporate some deep tissue in there if you like though.

Why for the love of God is her head missing? This occurs in 98% of the YT massage demo videos in which the treatment giver is a woman. There's no need to hide your identity, as we know who you are by now. We can clearly see what you're doing, too.

@JayPro I just think that the intention of the video is to demonstrate massage technique so the camera is set up for that specific purpose. Looks like she set it up herself (point/shoot) because there's only one angle throughout the video. I imagine that having her mug in the frame wasn't even a consideration. There are a few moments where she actually leans into the frame and you do see part of her face. I don't think what you're suggesting is true but rant all you want it's a free country :)
