@Nertrender I just used Adobe After Effects cs4. I think if you do Hand drawn, whatever software is not really important. but I find After Effects and Toon boom to me my favorable software to transfer all of my drawings.

yeah, frame by frame hand drawn animation is time consuming, but to me it's worth the effort and time. thank's, glad it helps.

i can never get these right thats why i use cut outs lazy yes but it gives me more time to focus on the story and the diolog
