If you make a path from where you want to draw,

select it with right click and click stroke,

select the drawing materials, and ok.

(for the brush size, set in himself, not the stroke option).

(no need to close the path)

To another without problems, de-select it and start all over again.

For painting, has no problem getting your way.

You can make another layer, (bottom, of course) and make a path where you want it.

select it and right click on PATHS, and make selection.

(or click it with ctrl)

oh, and yeah, I was drawing by a tablet.

you see, I never draw anything by a mouse anymore...because...well, ever since I got my tablet, I kinda stopped drawing with a mouse...and yeah...you know the rest? XD
