Hello i went out and got these items to do this project and the hole was not large enough!!!1 bummer!!!! I bought the Dritz cover button kit size 1 1/2 my loop was way to small which ones are you using? what item number uptop? and also where do you buy these? Great tutorial!!!
@MrLogan527 I used Dritz 3 Ball Cover Buttons Size 45-1 1/8" They are the no tool required, product number 213-45. I can't remember where I bought them, most likely at Joann's or Beverly's. You may also try using thinner pony holders. Thank you for your support!
If anyone has trouble with getting the elastic through the shank at the back of the buttons you can use string to help pull it through :)
