Relax and focus behind or a little off the object.

You should now begin to see a faint band of energy around the object.

With practice you should be able to see auras in full daylight and colors.

how to see auras easily -

1. get someone to stand in front of a white or black wall or curtain

2. use natural daylight lighting

3. view them as you'd view a stereogram

4. you should see their aura outline

or you can do that yourself with your own hands - touch the fingers together and pull them apart very slowly away from each other. if you focus your vision around the physical hands then you should be able to see your aura still attached as you pull the fingers apart.
