Ok, here are some answers, and a question:

1.) It is a song written by Lennitz, the Music Co-ordinatior for the episode. This guy is just a studio blues musician, who got called in for the gig.

2.) It IS based on Robert Johnson's work, roughly on Crossroad Blues. It is a collection of Classic Blues hooks and licks. I haven't totally figured it out yet, but I WILL!

3.) Is there anyone out there who CAN PLAY IT, and would like to write it out into tablature?-- make a few bucks!

I believe this tune was composed by the artist who composes the scores for supernatural. His name is Christopher Lennertz. I have contacted him and are awaiting reply.

Crossroad blues, is a great song of Robert Johnson. Eric Clapton. John Mayer and others have already made a cover of this song. The epishode wants to show the supost "history" of Robert Johnson, his music talk a lot about devil,demons, corssroads and pacts, there are a lot of mistery in his history.
