One version of it's Drop C, but the tab I found said Drop D. Any suggestions? I can play it either way, but which one's easier?

It's supposed to be played in Drop C, but if you don't wanna tune your guitar down that far then you can play it in Drop D and it'll sound correct, it will just be in the wrong key.

drop d is easier cause tuning to drop c if you don't know how to is a pain in the ass. but if you know how i'd go with drop c cause it sounds better.

Drop C is the tuning. All your strings dropped 1 whole step, then your low e string dropped another whole step = Drop C Tuning

A good amp will make a HUGE differance. A good guitar is just as important..... if you want to get away with a crap amp i would spend a little money getting an effects pedal that simulates a nice sounding overdrive... Obviously an Amp will sound much better though.

its a Gibson les Paul Studio edition. Cheapest Les Paul i could find. Sounds great for its price.
