As for the out of focus footage, try getting a clear image from a zoomed in lens at those distances, its a cam corder most likely with a limited lens capabilities.

Someone who thinks they are UFO's are scratching their heads at something they have never seen before. So who is the person to be able to cope?

I would consider it belittling to be told this is a 'Galactic Federation Flyover' rather than an out of focus flock of migrating birds. @symodiezel if you are not sure of what it is from the footage presented to you the only correct answer to give is a 'UFO' for anything else would be a defined flying object or DFO. as soon as you say 'alien spacecraft' it's no longer a UFO and if an observer is unable to identify a flying object as a bird, a bird can be correctly called a UFO.(they don't seem to be birds but they do seem to fly in V formation, so if it were aliens they'ld have limited energyresources )
