The only problem with your "Ibn Ishaq" is it's not the Koran. There is actually nothing in the Koran which says torture is OK. These "hadith", centuries old third hand accounts of scholars are there for study, Muslims don't necessarily accept any writing in them as even accurate and definitely don't practice what's in them.
