I used to read the american Girl magazines in elementary school at the school's library. and I used to copy down the slumber party ideas. XD I never knew there were dolls though. XD

If you have some sewing experience, it is fairly easy :) If you want to improve your sewing skills and have some fun making doll clothes, I would recommend downloading LJC's free patterns (t-shirt and tank top) so you can try them out, and if you like them, I would recommend purchasing a few more patterns! When I have time, I am going to make some how-to videos of me sewing clothes with their patterns to help you guys out :)

Okay, so you don't need an AG doll to learn how to sew, but you will need a sewing machine! If you want to learn, I would recommend asking for a sewing machine for your next birthday/christmas, as they can be quite expensive.

@Generationxxxxxxx Yes you're right. You can sew by hand, but it would take a long time to make clothes and get even stitchs, and such. But yah you're right you can sew by hand. It's just not as easy or time effiecent as using a sewing machine.

Even if I made a video showing how to make them, you would still need the pattern pieces to be able to cut out the fabric the correct sizes and shapes. It wouldn't make a difference if I made a video, and I really don't have time at the moment.
