Its NOT the same pic, Daniels right lower arm had a gap in it. The zoomed in photo has none. Unless its a still of footage taken at a different time then its not the same photo.
I'll need to look at the episode again but from this clip I don't think it looks like daniel, actually my first thought was that it looks like the young jack clone from one of the sg-1 episodes, only a little older and in a suit
As much as I want to believe that that picture was placed there for the fans to think it really happened im sure it was just a backround prop. Because what truly makes Jack and Carters love for each other so strong in Stargate is that they have a love that they just cant fill because of their jobs, maybe if one more stargate movie is made maybe just maybe they will hook up. not a wedding because they are not christians, just have an offical sex/relationship scene. Marrage is not for smart people

@starbucksrebel probly because when people get marries they have some one read from the BIBLE, or bible how ever christains say it. @gleehmee they spen their entire time on stargate fighting aliens who take the form of gods, The Christain god would just be another Snake called Jesus so to avoid losing and audience they just avoid the issue. Also they believe and know for a fact in the stargate world of Ascended beings. Everything about the show is science and it is just stupid to think that the charters would believe in Christianity. I did my research and people can get married in other ways without using religion just fact

They did meet baal I suppose and that's based on one of the pantheon associated with the christian Yahweh but as they never specifically addressed the issue, your statment that they are not christian seems excessive. They are still airforce, afterall.
@gleehmee, In stargate, there is infinity multiple universes and dementions/realitys, So with that is mind yes there is a christain god in some reality. That being said, the reality that our Stargate program is in they use scince/facts to answer questions along with experience.To say that they have all that knowledge and believe in a book about burning bushes that talk and a specific heaven ahd hell just can not be true. Some charcters might be religouse like Skyler,Just not the main characters
