As much as I love this peice, this recording is far too low in energy in some parts for my taste. For example, I would have told my percussion to go ahead and break the bass drum head, they make more everyday. I understand march's go at march tempo, but I felt I could have march to a funeral with how boring this recording was.

The beeping is really the conductor swearing because the music sounds really good

The beeps are there because the audio file is a preview ripped from a sheet music site. They are supposed to dissuade music pirates from enjoying the song without paying for the actual music.

2:44, Inverted harmony is amazing when used in context of a piece like this. Take the original melody of the piece; same notes and intervals. Now flip them upside-down. It makes for amazing musical dissonance as well as creating segway to a key change...

I have been helping out with my old primary school as they are going on tour soon. One of the peices they are playing is the March from First Suite in Eflat. However, they play it faster then this. Great song
