Gaz doesn't sing often, he only does solo's, because if you look his mouth doesn't fit the sound perfectly in the song. May be wrong but thats what i've noticed

Will Mellor has always been a talented vocalist - a number of years ago he did actually release a single, I believe. (he also won the first series of celebrity fame academy)

As for the sync not matching - they might have been slightly off when taping - as it would have been mimed to a backing track during filming, or in the show being ripped to a computer file the sync may have gone out. I certainly don't notice a problem with the sync.
