I use the Firefox Add-on Download Helper and it will download most streaming media based on the file type used in the site. In Youtube's case, mp4.

what if u have your videos in a folder inside ur computer and u want to get them into ur zune?

go to your zune software,click "Setting" in the upper right-hand corner. Then you will click, "Add Folder" Located Under The Tab "Video",which can be located In "Collection" Tab On The Left,Then You Just Add The Folder Where Your Videos Are Located. And There You Have It. (:

Is this legal don't know if you have not made the video your downloading and it's copyright you might be doing something wrong but it the video is not copyright can't see what your doing wrong

The only thing is is your using this software to download something that should of not been on youtube in the first place like a TV show then your doing wrong
