Check out the Bob Dylan song "You Ain't Going Nowhere." It's from the Basement Tapes with The Band, and a lot of Rubber Tree seems very similar to the phrasing and melody of the Dylan song.

I am trying to figure out the lyrics, but they aren't online so i am playing it by ear. So far i believe I have got them all except at like 2 syllables I cannot decipher:

What is in that blank part? It is like two syllables and it sounds like "and toe" but that would make no sense.... could someone please help?
