still can't find diamonds,

dug to bedrock, went like 11 blocks up, I keep making obsidian, can't break it and everytime I dig up my gravel, THERE IS MORE LAVA! I went to 16. *Which is where the diamonds should be*

just a bunch of stone, almost out of wood! :O

@ProductionsHead go to levels 6, 9 and 12, then dig a 1x2 tunnel (as long as you want) and then dig on the sides of that tunnel more 1x2 tunnels leaving 2 tiles between each, you will find tons of ores including diamonds.

Fail proof technique.

You definitely need a new base where you are at on the surface. Option 1) build one that is floating, option 2) build one that is under water.

Something to take in mind digging near bedrock, people gotta be careful with lava lakes right above your head, oh and try to get an enchantment in a Diamond pickaxe to get double drops, amazing to dig 2 diamonds from one block :)

Try digging on levels 10-16, apparently there is more diamond in those levels. By the way, the last level of bedrock is level 5.

why not try snow golems just use a shovel on snow and you should get a snow ball and some how it turns to snow(block) and stack 2 up and put a pumkin(NOT a jack o leauturn) and they shoot snow balls at mobs if you keep doing this you will have a army of them for your house and if you attack your snow guys they will ignore it they will not attack you:) tell ben about this for me and tell me his response:)

You can also use lapis to craft lapis lazuli blocks, in the 9x9 crafting table, putting one piece in each slot.
