  • In the former USSR1917-92 atheism/evolution/communism was taught day-care-university. It was illegal for parents to teach Bible to kids. Within months of the fall of the USSR in 92 the Bible was re-introduced back into Russian schools. The main one for it was Olga Lutsenko&she was an atheist at the time.BTWshe is on youtube. Death threats caused her to leave in 96&she lives in Canada&is now a Christian. She still distributes Bibles in Russian schools. The Bible has replaced atheism in Russian sch

  • @RonSafreed Just makes a person sad that peer pressure can get so strong they make a religion out of it. Peer pressuring people to believe in souls so that these hucksters can sell their heaven to you, regardless that it comes with the price of supporting discrimination.

  • Creationist are unable to prove that Yahweh is real. According to Hebrew mythology Yahweh Sabaoth was a warrior god from Edom/ Seir/ Paran. He used to fly around on the backs of cherubs and blow smoke out his nostrils. Yahweh is a myth. I just disprove god.

  • @halolIlmao0 Well done, hehe!

  • @limegreensquid touche sir, touche

  • I agree with everything you say except the completely randomness of everything, thats true for a lot but things that people do buildup and have consequences that continue to build on each other that end up in their fate

  • @tyratrainer So what did the starving children around the world do the build up the "fate" they have received? There are more things wrong with the concept of "fate" or "karma" than anything to support it. It's an idea that requires magical thinking, just like any religion, because the real life cases never support it one way or another. How did the baby born without skin earn that "fate"? How do poor asian villagers earn the fate of starving while their temple overlords enjoy feasts and gold?

  • @tyratrainer But i do agree with consequences, but the only things that govern consequences are the human actions of the humans who are affected by the initial action. That or random accidents involving inanimate objects, not controlled by any force or intelligent universe. Only creatures with brains have the capacity for intelligence. Without the brain, nothing thinks.

  • Actually, once all humanity comes to realize that God is the parent of humankind, then we can begin to love each other like children of God and naturally experience that He is our eternal Parent...

God is the Father of truth and science as well

  • @cristian12melendez The problem with god, or gods is that no one can prove which one is right, and all of them claim to be right and everyone else wrong. Until a god him/herself comes and talks to us physically, there are no indications any intelligence is behind the development of this universe. As long as there are people who believe in gods, there will be people willing to create war over these gods. Getting rid of gods gets rid of the human desire to say "my god can kick your god's ass."

  • @cristian12melendez Why would God create such horrific things like starvation, murdering diseases, torture, and hell if he is our loving Father? I do not want any part of a religion where my "father" would continually threaten that sort of thing to me if I don't do exactly as he says....

  • @lovebrianlittrell I can understand where you are coming from and the truth is that Christians have been misinterpreting the Bible. God has been working hard from day one to help his children back on the throne that he has prepared for us. Most Christians believe that God is a judge siting in a throne somewhere in space and that this world is some kind of satanic test that determines if you will go to burn forever or live forever, but that is COMPLETELY WRONG.

  • @cristian12melendez There is no misinterpreting the bible because the bible gives permission to do all kind things and all evil things, usually declared through orders by the specific "Yahweh" deity and the human that the authors have chosen to designate as the "Christ", represented by this one religious ideology (of thousands). You can go into the bible and find support for genocidal behaviour and attitudes as well as condemnation for the same. Both encouraged and discouraged by the same god.

  • @cristian12melendez How can you know that it's completely wrong when the bible says exactly those things at different points? The bible is a jumbled story encouraging and discouraging good AND evil. A god who has even ONCE ordered a baby be ripped from the belly of a pregnant woman is a god not worthy of my worship. How is that telling us to relate to each other? "If they think different, pester them to think our way, even violently. But i won't give you any proof to help your case."

  • @cristian12melendez Religion is human agitation without cause. That's all it serves to do these days.

  • @lovebrianlittrell Before the human fall, our first ancestors A&E were not separated from God. Hell did not exist until they were chased from the garden.

God did not create evil or hell otherwise evil would never end and God would not be a God of goodness. We cannot have a dual God .Lucifer was originally created good and became corrupted. A&E our first parents fell away. Since then, God has been trying to reestablish true parents because A&E became false parents.

  • @cristian12melendez "God did not create evil or hell otherwise evil would never end" Evil WILL never end, so long as there are gods who tell us that homosexuals should be killed are being believed in by the humans existing today. Evil will always exist when ancient books that say "people who don't believe in my book are Fools!" are being believed by humans that exist today. Ancient bigotries DON'T FIT in this world anymore - why are so many "good" people supporting hate?

  • Religion teaches us how to relate with each other centering on the eternal world, the transcendent world, the dwelling place of the Divine Being, whether we call Him God or by some other name.

    - Divine Principle

  • @cristian12melendez But by centering on a divine being we are taking focus AWAY from relating to each other, by telling us to pay our valuable attention to thin air rather than looking around and seeing each other. Scientific endeavors (evolution especially) tie us all together and gives us unbiased reasons to relate to and care for each other far more than any idea of spirituality, which is always subjective, and people are willing to hurt others to defend it. Science encourages no such thing.

  • @cristian12melendez When the religion tells me that homosexuals should be put to death, that is not a way i wish to "relate to each other". Religion is created by humans who do not know enough about the universe to realize how tiny and petty religion actually is. Today it is only propped up because men make a lot of money off the gullibility of other men. It supports division by encouraging people to tell people of OTHER religions "you are wrong, i am right" when you have no leg to stand on.

  • Little did you know your fullfilling the propecy in the Bible...just to let you know...saying there is NO God because we dont SEE them is like saying that you DON"T have BRAIN because i DON"T see it...

  • @maestro2011humble And using the bible as anything other than a source of ancient myths is like saying you can read, but actually can't.

Anyone can predict "naysayers", because there will ALWAYS be another opinion, and especially when what you're trying to say is obvious bullshit. The bible has predicted nothing that common men couldn't make guesses about and be right a couple times out of a thousand in the exact same way. It's a human book made by men for control. Stop supporting con-men.

  • @limegreensquid - Well, limegreensquid..i watch your response you have the ironically sense if you really believe of what is in your brain...to tell people that "True" God is not existing. Your smart you get my logic about the brain and you even use the x-ray to prove that your brain is really there, which in fact it is! Same tning with the Christian they USE the BIBLE as an X-RAY to believe that True God is really existing. Genesis 1:1....."In tha beggining God created the Heaven and Earth."

  • @maestro2011humble And other religious books are x-rays to all the other gods that any other text has discussed. Your use of the bible (a book proven majorly fictional, and historically inaccurate at best) goes more AGAINST your cause.

  • @limegreensquid .....If somebody will ask about you like this: "hey maestro when did limegreensquid born created???!!!" I will answer this somebody like this: " What the heck, you got the wrong men to ask that question...GO ask for yourself when is limegreensquid created or born his old enough to answer your question. Same with GOD what the heck, you ask the wrong people to ask, when is GOD created? Go and ask God when is that time he been created or started? (to be continue on the next page).

  • @maestro2011humble I can't argue with someone who puts so much faith in nonsensical gibberish. Hopefully i reached the rationally-minded comment readers who are on the fence, and allowed them to see another perspective in this argument. Blindly faithful people like you will be forever unwilling to be convinced of reality, no matter the evidence. Until you can explain Deuteronomy and Leviticus, i have nothing more to discuss with you. You have presented no convincing ideas.

  • and by "you" i mean maestro here...

  • @limegreensquid - Im just trying to logic here..limegreensquid knows how to use xray to see his own brain and believe to that machine. I tell you something Bible is like an xray too...Genesis 1:1 In the beggining God created the heaven and earth...that how you xray God...you dont see him but you can see his creation...Ateistsm is completely corrupted by their own wrong logical self explanation.

  • Respond to this video... -Homesexsual is wrong! They were the seed of the snake..and seed of a women... Snake discribe as Satan and the women not litereally Eve discribe as the messianic Kindom that have a seed also...those are the 2 classification of seeds.---Genesis 3;15

  • @maestro2011humble that makes no sense. You are believing something some people wrote in a book a long time ago without any justification? Just because most people didn't accept homosexuality back then means everyone must believe it's wrong now? That's like saying people born with red hair are condemned because they are a minority. It's not a choice. It's how they are born. I know because I have an uncle and many friends who are homosexual. By the way, learn to spell.

  • @limegreensquid- Since you don't believe that God has no beggining and has no end.... then im so sorry for you ...it means that you really have a brain but limited memory..I tell you somethimng Ateism has no fundamental teaching that you people have one belief or teaching. Everything you people say are self explanatory and there is no basis on everything your saying. Try to read the story Joseph the dreamer and if you cry, when you read it, meaning God words also affects to Ateist.

  • @maestro2011humble And if i really wanted, i could go get an x-ray and, you know, ACTUALLY SEE my brain. And the brains of others! I can experiment with the elements, ions and molecules of air because they're actually there to test, even though we can't see them. We can detect air, manipulate it, study it. When this kind of evidence is the case for any of the gods, including yours, then you can make that comparison so bad an 8 year old should even know it's quite false and flawed.

  • @limegreensquid -im just busy right now to reply to your kinda reality reason. im so glad you answer it like this way...you know how to use x-ray huh to see your brain....not unless you put in on the plate i wont believe you that you have a brain at ol.

  • @maestro2011humble .... this from someone who spells it like "ol"....

  • @limegreensquid x-ray i dont beleve that x ray can see your brain...produce your brain on a plate so i will beleve you...

  • how do you know that what you say is true, sir?

    greetings

  • @FallaciesDetective We can only go towards what the better, more accurate, more studied, more thorough evidence says. Only Science attempts to do so. It has to, it cannot make a claim unless the evidence clearly points to a fact, such as evolution.

Religious people only have to imagine something and claim it to be true without having to prove it, study or research or experiment to find evidence for what they believe. Which is why i usually trust a scientist's word over a religious person's.

  • My thoughts exactly. :)

  • I thought this video would be painfully bad. But IT IS GREAT; It covers all the things I wanted to hear. Thanks for this video, it is very helpful!

  • @flightkiller09 I'm glad i could provide some good info for you! Thanks!

Yah, the title is a little hard to read - could sound like a religious person's response to destroying religion ... something to add on top of the whole video not even being about destroying religion, but being an apologist's video ...

  • god, the gods of written books are douches and thats the nicer ones. most are just flat out assholes.

  • @party489 To use a lame phrase, "true dat".

  • Yahweh of the Bible is clearly mythical too.

  • @supersmash43 Definitely, 100% mythical. No true creator god of the universe would be so tiny, petty, childish, hateful, and spiteful! Not in this universe where things happen by natural processes, and not the random emotional mood swings of some schizophrenic deity!

  • @TheVikingofDenmark Sorry it's taken me 3 months to reply, but i have a question. Nihilism as a concept of which i'm not certain what it means, exactly. Belief in nothing at all, not even reality? Or just belief in nothing that is supernatural, on top of just not believing in gods? I never really thought to ask what aspect of "nothing" is being used, so any clarification would be appreciated.

  • @limegreensquid ...nihilism *IS a concept of which i'm not certain what it means, exactly... (that still doesn't sound like a proper sentence structure...)

  • A real educated population will get rid of religion. That is why religious groups actively try to keep populations stupid, uninformed and uneducated.

  • @orcdoubleax Exactly. That's why this sorta new "revolution" over youtube is so awesome, since it's worldwide and brings the topic into public scrutiny on a group level at a massive scale. Hopefully it'll help more people see both sides of the issue more clearly and so they can ultimately make the most sane decision on what to believe (reality and scientific observation, obviously). There seems to be a lot of crap out there, so it depends on who a person watches first, sometimes...

  • @orcdoubleax Well...if your so educated i have a question for you? Who is the father of Ateist?

  • @billetvirginboss Is that supposed to be english?

  • wft!!!!!!!!!!fuck yoU! THAT'S RESIM!!!!!!!

  • @thunder84103 What the hell is a resim? A Retro Sims game? Make sense.

  • now it is cleared to all people that no man can create another man ,there is only one super power who has created everything in this world he has created man and a women wid mud water and fire then he send man on earth as a messenger to tell all other people that he is the only one god .

  • @TheFarhan0000 It is not clear to all people, otherwise all people would agree on the same god/set of gods. No one claims man created man (even though we do it on a daily basis through a process called SEX), but we evolved over billions of years. It takes a tremendous amount of ignorance and refusal to accept factual truths to deny it. The amount evidence is so massive, only the most selectively ignorant could even attempt to say it's not true. But religion is all about selective ignorance...

  • @limegreensquid No matter the evidence before their eyes, Christians will not accept it as TRUTH. Indeed, I know these people!

  • You Are As Blind As A Bat - Wake Up - The Trutrh Is God Became Flesh = Repeat A Million Times - God Has A Plan - You Have Eyes That Dont See - What About Your Soul - And You Will Die _ Know It All

  • @TheLambsBookOfLife Well, if your god wasn't so intent on hiding from us (what's he afraid of, anyway?) then i wouldn't have to be blind to his hateful self. I still would have no respect for him (a good read of the bible is the best medicine to dismantle any form of respect for that despicable, celestial bigot). I know i'll die. I'm an organism, and all organisms have a limited lifespan. That's not much of a threat. Until someone shows me this plan of yahweh's all i can do is ignore it.

  • i like your viking look..

  • @hobabobba Haha, thanks. Really it's just laziness at shaving the under-jaw area - it's the most annoying place (on a guy's face) to shave, because i never get them all, haha. Wish i could still go around like that, but i have a job that doesn't like that sorta thing.

  • yeah, there really is no way to get rid of it all, short of aliens landing on earth and telling them their all full of shit ...and i dont see that happening

  • @reckLES65802 And even if it did, they'd declare that the devil sent them to further "test their faith".

  • all jews, muslims and christians need to be exterminated, their churches, mosques, and synagogues destroyed and their holy land burned to the ground.

  • Well, now that's a little hasty, and is just as bad as those religious people who want to do the same to us for no other reason that we have a different opinion on spiritual matters.

I do think christianity, judaism, and islam should all be outlawed, as they all promote backwards ethics that most intelligent humans today understand are backwards - but there are kids as well as adults who don't have the mental ability to resist bullshit, and will keep learning, taking the bad stuff with the good.

  • so you believe that this universe where made by an coincidence?xD

atheists are the best comedians ever!

Quran has evidences, proofs, scientific facts that where written 1400 years ago, wich where discovered recently.

God(Allah) have never been born and never died..! he has always lived!

  • Now i know you must be the comedian to say that the quran has scientific discoveries in it. Greece had many and MORE of those same scientific "discoveries" centuries before islam and muhammed, (or mohammed - whichever spellng it is) were invented.

Besides, i've reviewed many of these "scientific" claims and none of them are specific enough to even COUNT as proper description of complex scientific facts.

If atheists are comedians it's because religion is the easiest, biggest joke in the world.

  • maby someone found out some scientific facts before the Quran was revealed.. but it has also many other signs wich has been discovered recently...

  • We cant destroy religion fast enough.

  • Thank you very much, it's very appreciated. And yah. If there was a creator, all he/she/it did was weave the mathematics behind the physics of the universe. But there's still no indication that any of it was "created" in the first place, besides wishful thinking. Thanks again for the positive feedback.

  • The only reason religion is good forgive my idioucy but it is true, is the holidays of gifts, free stuff, and no school, and that is it.

  • Amen! Haha!

  • Great video man, good points. :]

  • Thank you!

  • if there rlly is a god i rlly dont think he gives a shit about this crap ass world

  • i wish u talked to that retard venomfangx godamn that homo is a douche bag

  • u forgot about how god ordered david to murder children so ppl wouldnt blasphemise against him suthi like that i havet touched a bible i years

  • With all the evidence indicating no supernatural influence in the humanly-knowable universe, the bad things happening to good people, good things happening to bad people just as often as the opposites happening as well - all chance, no fate: anyone with even an ounce of brainpower should agree with you.

  • its nice finally sum1 smart not like the amazing atheist is talkin about this stuff i would rather listen to u very good vid

  • Thank you very much! I've tried watching some of his videos, but i just can't make it all the way through ... just too abrasive.

  • Another life wasted because of backward, retarded and irrational religious belief. Mr Neumann, convicted murderer, claimed in his defence that calling the doctor would have put man before God.

  • I've always had a problem with that aspect. When i was younger i remember being told that i'm supposed to love jesus and god even MORE than i love my parents. Bullshit, my parents are HERE. Where the fuck is god, his protection and assistance? My parents have delivered in all categories.

    Parents:3, God(s)(desses): 0.

  • Religion kills kids! -- Dale Neumann, 47, was convicted in the March 23, 2008, death of his daughter, Madeline, from undiagnosed diabetes. Prosecutors contended he should have rushed the girl to a hospital because she couldn't walk, talk, eat or drink. Instead, Madeline died on the floor of the family's rural Weston home as people surrounded her and prayed. Someone called 911 when she stopped breathing.--

  • It's sick and sad how dangerous religious belief can be in uneducated minds. I think they should issue licenses for christianity and islam and judaism - "No one under 16 should be submitted to this fiction intent on making you believe in it. Only those old enough to sift through mind-pollution may proceed."

  • I really must apologize--it seems that you've had some pretty poor dealings with Christians that have not been able to articulate their faith in a way that, at best, doesn't leave a bad taste in your mouth. It's too bad really, because most, if not all, of the arguments you put up against this other guy are well founded, but not so well defended. The four laws of logic perfectly apply to the defense of an objective God, separate from his creation. I would think that you could concede to this.

  • The problem is with the bible. A full read of it will tell you this god is a horrible petty demonic malevolent creature, and that the type of people who use their religion as a tool of hatred are just as supported by the very same bible as those who use their religion for peace. The bible supports all kinds of acts that are hypocritical against each other, good (don't kill, love everyone) AND evil (genocide, bigotry). Believing in a god is ok - just not the bible or quran's.

  • and Hadiths has also signs of the Hour(judgement day)

"Men will become women, and women will become men"(trance)

"People will jump from the clouds"(skydiving)

"people will walk in the marketplace with their thighs exposed"

"Smog will appear over cities because of the devil that they are doing(Los Angeles)"

"A man will leave his home and his thigh or hip will tell him what is happening back at home(Cellphone?)"

"people will compete in high buildings"(Dubai?)

    this has accured!

  • @Welle92 It's not difficult to "predict" the fantasies of ancient people, about powers we wished we had, but we don't because this is reality, and humans don't have super powers because super powers don't exist. So, we wish we could have an easy way to communicate with home when we're away - an obvious fantasy to be thought of by probably everybody during that time.

Thighs exposed= sexual fantasy, not a prediction.

Babel Tower stories will inspire a wish for tall buildings.

    It's all Wishes.

  • The thing that you should try to understand is that God is wrathful AND forgiving. The bible is a historical document in which depicts events that happened in the past. It is also infused with teaching life lessons on how to conduct yourself as a human being. Religion SHOULDN'T be outlawed because you and other people like you say as much as Atheists shouldn't be made to convert. You come across someone that does want to force it upon you then they are false followers.

  • that was the dumbest thing i have ever read

  • @SEEequalsTHREE I'm sure you might think so but then again I don't really care. :)

  • its not good enough. for the rapist to be punished by god. sir u never in a million years want to see that rapist go were he's going. its terrible and u think its not good enough. then ur the one who is cruel and has hate in his heart. and if the adam and eve story is bullshit then why r u talking about other storys in the bible.

  • dude the bible is bullshit get a brain dude

  • i dont think god sent out to rape them but ok hahahahahaha that city though they raped the stole they killed there was idol worshiping but nope its all about religion

  • and in the end when that rapist dies or god comes he will get the ultimate punshiment is he doesnt believe

  • So, he gets to spend his entire life destroying someone else's life - we don't have to worry because after 80 years or so, the rapist will die and god will take care of him then.

No, that's not good enough. Besides, god created the universe KNOWING he'd be a child rapist.

This kind of thinking only enables this shit to go on, while people blinded by religion turn away and think, "big daddy'll do something!" No, he won't.

The threats of an unproven god are not good enough.

  • if u read the bible wich is the easiest answers for this all. god gave man every thing in the beggining. there was no sin. there was every thing they could wish for. there but no we screwed r selves over we sinned and now that we sinned we have to hide and blame it on some other person (God)

  • But anybody with a brain knows the adam and eve story is complete bullshit, so it kills that argument dead. For the sake of the topic let's say it was true - i wasn't there. I never ate that fruit when i was told not to. If i am being punished for something someone else did thousands of years ago, then god is a vindictive prick who doesn't have a spec of forgiveness in his entire being. And he's omniscient, he knew it was going to happen, and created Adam and Eve TO eat the fruit - he's evil.

  • and the last thing when u tell god hey u didnt give me anuff to believe in he will just say man i gave u more then anuff u just didnt want to see it

  • If he thinks any of this is "more than enough" (ie, the ONLY things he ever left were an ancient , obsolete morally bankrupt book , and the hearsay of already-brainwashed believers, indoctrinated too young to do any critical thinking about the subject and believe just because they were TOLD to believe), then he is truly an insane, callus, cruel god who is only interested in torturing those of us who don't believe - otherwise he wouldn't have invented sin, hell or the ability to go to hell.

  • revelation 20:9 niv he will wipe every tear from there eyes there will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain for the old order of things has passed away.

then u say but why would he let this happen. is because there is sin sin sin sin as long as there is sin there will be suffering, pain, sorrow. god feels the pain but in the end that pain will go away. and it will never cross ur mind again.

  • If he hates sin so much, why did he invent it in the first place? There is only sin because he MADE it, put it INTO us, and then gets angry for us having it. It's like a parent who threatens and beats its child every time the child takes a shit. It's not the child's fault, it was built into him! A truly loving, understanding, caring god wouldn't be so forgetful that, "Hey, i put that sin in them, i have the power to remove it anytime, but i won't because i prefer to enjoy their suffering."

  • axtyler man i can understand that. but if u read more of it was because that city was so far gone in sin. it was corrupt, they, worshiped other idols, they raped they killed. sometimes i get fustrated with people saying god is all about love and kindess. he is but he also puts down the smack down. if u do something bad god will forgive u but there will be tough love in it.

  • Thing is, bad guys get away with doing bad things just as often as good guys get shitty luck and get screwed over by life. When a god is that indifferent to that many people you kinda have to chime in and realize, "Ohh, god is imaginary, that's why nothing described in any religion's books happens today. That's why the same god that Suzy credits for saving her mom from cancer allows a little girl to be raped by a family member who never seems to get caught."

  • Not all of the cities god ordered to be destroyed, their women raped, their men killed, their children taken as slaves or wives (all orders FROM god) were sin-filled places of sodomy and debauchery. Most of the places, all they did was have a different religion ("cleverly" termed "worshipping false gods/idols"). It was bigotry pure and simple. If your god punished a city for raping and killing ITS OWN people, then why did he order HIS people to rape and kill THEM? The only difference: religion.

  • He sits enthroned above the circle of the earth isaiah 40:22 and if god was so cruel and mean to us then why would he send his son to die for us in the most cruel way

  • Doesn't that give you an idea of how cruel and uncaring he is in the most definitive way? Any god or person who has an ounce of love in them would never even think of giving their own son to torture, they would take his place - but some of you say he WAS his son, but then the same of you will say they were separate entities, because the bible itself isn't all that clear on that point either. Would you send your child to be killed by people so you can forgive them, or just forgive those people?

  • i want u to believe

  • And i want you to open your eyes to the world, and get it out of that ancient, obsolete, morally bankrupt book written by people who still thought the earth was flat.

But we don't always get what we wish for.

  • man u r a very good thinker and i give u thumbs up. because every one questions god and i do sometimes. its not bad but if we keep on going like this its not going to solve anything. because we r going to have answers for every thing. but every time i get into this and we dont get any were. i just say what if ur wrong because if there is no god then i can say i lived a good life. but what if there is and u meet him in heaven and he sits u down and says why should i let in in my kingdom.

  • It's true, these debates never end because theists, in the face of all the evidence against their stance, still stand firm.

If this god is loving and understanding and forgiving, i'd just tell him he should have put more indication of his existence than some ancient book about bigotry and genocide, and the mouths of people who want to manipulate me. He should have figured out a better way to make sure no other gods were as believable as him. I'm sure he'd understand. If not, he's evil.

  • why should anyone think that evil or suffering *necessarily* means that a good god does not exist?

  • Any god who creates people with the ability to turn evil and then gets mad at them for doing exactly what he created them to do is the problem here. There is no god because no god that actually loved us would stand by while a little girl is raped every night by her father. If a god truly loved us would have eliminated all "evil" from our minds, and if he exists and didn't do that then he's just toying with us, playing with us, watching us suffer because he wants us to, or doesn't care.

  • ok parents plan to have a baby so the mom gives birth and after a while sends there kid to a middle school. were there is sin all around him. but yet they r not a bad parents. then they send him to high school were drugs and sex and fight r every were. but yet they r not called a bad parent. then he goes to the army and gets shot or a bomb goes of near him and blows of his legs. truth of the matter the parents let ther son go is own way making him suffer but yet know one call them a bad parent

  • If you've ever read the old testament you'd understand what a hateful demon your god actually is. Since your god is the SAME god as that god, there's nothing you can say to erase that, especially since your jesus said himself that he didn't come down to change any rules.

The difference between parents and your fictional god is that your parents didn't invent your child's instinctual desires - if they did they would remove the evil before they were born. Your god is a cruel, hateful god.

  • well if god came down and told us i am real ok then whats the point god put us on this earth with free will so that we may praise him and believe in him if he came down then we pretty much have to believe in him because there he is how is that glorifying to god

  • Do you even hear yourself? I'm sorry, the "free will" car-salesman tactic doesn't work on people who think. You're saying that a god who loves us and tells us he's here is less loving than a god that says he loves us, but threatens us with eternal suffering if we DON'T believe, but doesn't give us ANY indication that he exists above any of the other thousands of gods that claim creation. I'd rather glorify a god that actually shows himself than a demon who plays games deceiving us (your god).

  • on that God should come and tell us he's up there. You saw it and heard it then theres no faith, common man don't be stupid

    Just kidding well argued.

  • Thanks for posting. Brilliant.

  • Thank you very much!

  • also, don't throw around the word "random" too much if you're going to represent intelligent people. To be sure, God isn't the cause of anything but everything that happens is still part of a long chain of causes-and-effects leading all the way back to the Big Bang. nothing that happens is actually "random," i would call it "indifferent" or "unsympathetic" at least to human interests

  • All the causes and effects had to have a random initiation. But i agree, "random" isn't the right word, but to say it's completely not random is being semi-inaccurate. Random often means something happening that you can't always predict.

I like unsympathetic. It does seem to fit more appropriately, but still misses something. I'll try to keep them in mind next rant until better words can be found.

But that's just us humans trying to figure something that won't affect the universe in any way.

  • Meant to say *you ha. was really late tho. and i got a question for all of the people watching this channel. Why did your god order the "ban" or the order to kill all men, women, and CHILDREN of a city in the old testament if he is so loving and caring. Why did his "chosen" people slaughter and plunder under his command? I used to believe in god until i actually started to think but the realities of the world do not support a god, at least not one that is loving or caring of us.

  • Exactly. About the old testament demon they called god they will say, "he had his reasons, who are we to judge?" Because you're humans who should actually judge WHO YOU'RE FOLLOWING!

For the realities of life and a non-loving/caring god they will say, "he gave us free will so we do all the bad stuff!" But your god invented everything, even the bad things humans do - he actually wanted some of us to rape children, then - what a loving god.

Their arguments are so flimsy but they're still blinded.

  • you are one fucking smart dude. Props to your ha

  • Aw thanks. Don't know what my "ha" is, but thanks i think.

  • 3:12 you say that everything in our local universe is expanding away from "a central point," but this is wrong. Everything is expanding away from everything else, so there is no single central point. (in fact, EVERY point is a central point)

  • Then the big bang theory would be made nil by your hypothesis here, and in fact makes the claim that it was always there. Even in a pile of things repelling each other, if there is a finite amount, would be bursting from a central point outward, diluting into the empty areas.

  • it's not "my" hypothesis. you're confusing the center of mass with the center of expansion. there is no single point that everything is expanding away from, in fact there are infinite such points because everything is expanding away from everything else. The expansion is "independent of any fixed central point" (wikipedia)

  • And every point is central when one who is there sees it.

  • More like 1600 years ago.

  • very very true. the bible is a worthless pile of shit which people base their pointless lives on. and you cant argue with a christian because they will just keep pulling excuses out of their asses. one thing i've noticed about christians is that they always think their right and use their religion for selfrightious purposes. i work with a christian and im getting tired of him trying to save me, telling me i can know the devine truth like he does. YOUR GOD DOES NOT EXIST!!!YOU FUCKIN MADE HIM UP

  • You should thank god and evolution you got this opportunity to speak as part of the freedom you have in this free US. When the Democrats get done with it, it won't be so free.

  • I can't thank evolution because it's not a living entity, but just a word we gave to the real process that happens when trillions of species reproduce over billions of years, but i appreciate it, and stand in awe at its magnitude and how one tiny grouping of molecules can lead to entire species' and races of beings.

And last i heard, it was the republicans who were the most gung-ho about removing everyone's rights, and trying to force everyone back into the dark ages of religious rule...

  • That is what the leftists are saying.

  • Don't let labels govern the way you think. Leftist, etc...

Listen to what the people themselves are saying and you can hear for yourself that those affiliated with religious groups related to the 3 main oppressive religions (christians, jews and muslims) are ONLY concerned with removing everyone's rights to serve their own purposes, plunging society backward away from peaceful progress, and promoting intolerance that's based on trivial criteria, leading to hate and war.

  • Again, that is what the leftists are saying.

  • Oh, so you're another of those who would deny that the clear sky is blue if a "leftist" were to say it. Any easily visible truth becomes suspect just because a "leftist" may agree with it's validity.

  • Just because a Democrat says it's real never means it even could be. Al Gore himself would never go on TV and explain any absolute proof that what he says is true, it's just the notion that a group of people called Democrats would like to think it's true so they can carbon tax anything and everything that moves and has money.

  • @TheNewVideo = Blinded by labels.

  • I like what is being said here INTELLIGENT DESIGN COMPLETELY DISPROVEN ! - top 10

believing in "god" does not make me religious ,

  • if I believe there is a god - how does that make me religious? Spinoza's God ?

thing is ,would the world be a better place it may seem so,but that is a small minded ,selfish idea

  • @theraytex Making the world a better, safer place for more people at the same time, with less discrimination based on human character traits, but more focused on harmful actions, while giving more rights and freedoms to everybody in the entire world, so long as they do not impede the rights and freedoms of other people, is a small-minded, selfish idea?

What the hell would you consider universally beneficial, then?

Making it worse with less rights and more discrimination? How does that work?

  • hey, I enjoyed your video here. I agree with your statement, something like if you believe homosexuality is wrong, then why don't you sacrifice a goat on sundays. I know u said it different, but all the same. It also says in the bible that you are not to mark your body, but i see alot of Christians getting tattoo's-especially the ones with crosses. If they can't adhere to all there rules, why do they punish and ridcule non-believers for breaking some of theirs?

  • Exactly! And thank you very much. If they can't follow their own rules, then they have no right telling others to follow them. But i guess they are just following the example of their god, "Do as i say, not as i do!" Because their god is a genocidal maniac, worse than Hitler, and they still say he's a loving caring god. Riiiiiight...

  • This guy is not exactly thinking outside the box here. Does God have to play be the same rules that he makes? If matter is neither created or destroyed there would be no matter. Someone created all of this. Also, I don't remember reading anything in the Bible about God telling us everything will be puppy dogs and rainbows. The world is corrupt as a result of our own doing. And you thing the universe is "random"? Are you kidding me?

  • There is nothing that says assuming there's a creator is a better solution than assuming the universe just always existed. To presume that a god created a universe of this magnitude and then focuses only on this tiny spec of dust among a larger spec of a dust cloud is just human ego and wishful thinking. The universe is very random, why do you think only a minority of prayers ever get randomly answered? Because of random chance! Animals evolved by ability to survive, but beyond that, random.

  • How do you know that God created a universe just to focus on us? The Bible itself states that God creates because he enjoys it. There may be much more to the universe than us. The Bible doesn't state differently. Animals adapt for survival but the fact that there are animals in the first place is very difficult to accept as random. It takes more faith to believe in chance and evolution than creation.

  • Haha, more faith to believe in evolution than creation, haha! Thanks for the chuckle. The difference is ... evolution has facts supporting it 100%. Creation is invented stories based in myth. It takes more faith to believe in myth than in facts that all point to the exact same thing. And the facts only point to evolution, chemical bonds forming, creating mechanical reactions, absorbing bonds around them, using other bonds to help, eventually internal governing systems form, etc... not Poof!

  • You have shown me no proof of anything.

  • Consider the ENORMOUS chaos that would exist if every prayer was answered! If an answered prayer is coincidence to you then an unanswered prayer should also be a coincidence. As a doctor, I can tell you that the incredible complexity of the body, much of which we still don't understand and possibly never will, is extremely difficult explain logically with words like "chance" or "random". Medical school only reinforced my acceptance that there must be a creator.

  • just because something looks complex to our feeble human minds doesn't mean it was created by God. "complex" is a relative term, there must be many more complex things out there in the universe than you could even realize (in fact, science has only brushed the surface of such things). Human understanding doesn't matter to the universe. in my opinion, if humans can understand anything then it probably isn't that complex anyway.

  • @TheBizkit02 Then you needed to study harder, because even i understand enough about the body to know it couldn't possibly have been created by any designer. With all the blundering flaws, and imperfections, weakness to illnesses. Back problems due to not quite evolving a spine strong enough to support a long life of standing upright, tubes and wiring that go all over the body just to serve a part not a few inches away, vestigial organs and traits that are useless to upright land animals, etc.

  • So, because something doesn't make sense to YOU it just must not make sense at all. That's incredibly arrogant. You don't know what you don't know. You car has parts that are defective and wear out.Does that mean it rose from primordial lake of steel, rubber, and glass? The body is not perfect but it is allowed to be the way that it is. With you vast intelligence, maybe you should "design" a living being from scratch free of all defects. You make it sould like it should be easy for you.

  • Those that actually take Bush seriously are naive. That's all. Bush is no Christian, he's a false one. That is what is the real scenario again and again. False believers with wrong intentions hiding in a faith. That is not true religion and not a true representative of a faith. They are ruining religions. Also, you can believe that organized religion (ie. mass, temple) is not good, but you can have faith and believe. There are people like this. Don't let the politics and corruption win.

  • @delayedricochet But "faith" is a tool designed by politics to keep the minds and opinions of large groups of people voting for the same things, because they must have faith in a being that is telling these con-men to tell you that these con-men need your tithe money and votes to strip groups of people of their rights simply because they don't follow obsolete bigotry laws written by ancient Hebrews/Romans.

Faith is a way for someone in power to keep power without having to explain why.

  • yes i have read what evolution says i find it not objective in it's facts. since we have not observed evolution happen like we are told. micro evolution is not denied by creationists but macro is. having something form from no predesign and make all things in the world from this includes plant, animals, and humans .a high profile evolutionist dawkins already declared saying we know it's true but we just haven't see it happen. also u need to find out what real creationist believe not what ppl say

  • Creationism is only what people say. It's what people say by making up things that go against all the evidence. That's all it is and ever will be. There can't be a more or less real creationist since it's all invented imagined ideas made without any evidence, or what constitutes evidence in the first place. It is anti-scientific by its very design and subject to imagination. Not believing in chemical bonds and mechanical reactions leading to "life" is your right, but it's denying reality.

  • well i would like to see the EVIDENCE u have on chemical bonds and mechanical reactions making life since even your evolutions scientist haven't done it in a lab yet so this is still theory .

also since all major science has been discovered by your so called creationists who believe in imaginary ideas ex. newton and kepler but i guess these are real scientists to u

  • i think if we are to ban religion the we need to ban evolution as well as it is an other religion

  • No, no no. Just because you don't understand evolution - something that can be proven by anyone at any time using objective reasoning, and isn't subjective and isn't able to be interpreted in a thousand ways by emotional followers - doesn't make it a religion. Evolution is a product of observing how the world works. It is fact, and that's all it is. Denying evolution (which is a proven fact - a "theory" is a group of facts that support a process) is denying reality, and encouraging ignorance.

  • EXACTLY :-)

  • i would like to know how or where they know for sure that anything is test as 13 or 14 billions years since there is no accurate test around carbon dating is not accurate. you are not atheists your a materalists. all creationist do is use the book as reference and are more objective in the science than a evolotionist.

evolotionist already take a intelligent design out of the equation before they start.

  • I'm not a super-studied scientist myself, so you'll have to look up videos on the various forms of ACCURATE dating processes. Carbon dating isn't the only one.

You creationists use a book that is clearly obsolete in any form of knowledge except for a few good lessons that it stole from religions that existed LONG before the Yahweh/Jesus myth was invented, which also clearly demonstrates its shear ignorance of how the world works over and over again, when its god is supposed to know all.

  • If you can see a galaxy 13-14 billion light years away, it's a pretty sure test.

  • what test is that cuz we can see 13 or 14 billion light yrs srry there is no test on either side like that
