Excellent music piece, but I didn't like the footage.
When I listen to it, I rather imagine dark, deep ocean crashing its waves over rocky shores. The song is too melancholic to fit a colourful beach with palm trees and such.
It's okay I understand. But I simply searched some ocean footage, it didn't take much time. This was the easier way to find some picture under this song. I'm sorry you rather want deep ocean with rocky shores. I just wanted to find some water what gives the song's title.

You imagine a dark deep ocean when you listen to this. When i listen it, i imagine a couple of graceful animal like manta ray dancing in a colorful ocean. And in the end of the song, from 3:50 i imagine an animal evolution, as if the manta ray get out of the ocean to take off and slowly disappear in a beautiful sunset.
It's not such a melancholic song, it depends of your mood.
Interesting imagination, I'm interested if you going to make a novel, or anything else, because your fantasy beyond human mind, and I like that. : ) I want to say that way you have good imagination. : )

Personally I don't like the WoW series, but the OST is great, as you said, and Arkenstone's other jobs are great as well, as this song.
