look all of the arguments you hear from the right is total crap.Everyone has a RIGHT to be cared for when there ill period.I find it fascinating how easily the Repub's muti millionaire's all of them can convince people that they don't want what they them selves have, and they do it time and time again.single payer bad,war good.
we can't afford to have the government do anything! They just waste our money, medicare and medicaid are already broke. way to go liberals.
FACT IS 46 Million AMERICANS aren't uninsured. This number of Chronically uninsured is around 12 million people.
Here's an idea barack, quit the economic policies that you endorse that force employers to lay off their workers... that will help with the whole no health insurance thing... you're all drones.
thats completely irrelevant because if you have no insurance but you are fit it does not mean life will continue that way, in addition there a millions with inadequate health care coverage, so inadequate that if they did become seriously ill they would join the long line of people who became bankrupt because they couldnt afford healthcare.
How is it possible for this country to care so little about its citizens that millions become bankrupt because they can't afford decent healthcare?
What is going on in Washington right now on health care reform is not fixing the cost to the individual or family, it's a give away, without checks, to the insurance industry. Our labor will be making share holders and investors of this industry rich, while we, the people, become sicker and less well off, in fact poor. Don't blow smoke with a bunch of numbers.

You still didn't answer if we could afford to. I still think that question is a very good question. Thanks for the false hopes.
