She sings in fact much Mozart. She's certainly very good here, as she es as Fiordiligi: everything rather fast and accentuated suits her, since her voice is well-placed and has at the same time a large range and a lot of colours. I don't like her in parts that accentuate long notes and wide phrases like Countess, because I find her vibrato (that sometimes borders to a wobble) often rather tiresome to listen to.
Verdi was clearly influenced by Mozart's operatic works. How can you say a good Verdi soprano is less 'clean' in terms of delivery or anything else, compared to a Mozart soprano. thanks for the upload nonetheless :)
@Cissy97 Frittoli HAS in fact sung a large number of Fiordiligi, Donna Elvira and Contessa d'Almaviva. She's a Mozart specialist (one of the very best around), much more than she is a Verdi specialist, having achieved her highest levels in Mozart's soprano lirico roles. Her Fiordiligi is wonderful.
@giadafi00 Anna Netrebko has three or four very different colors of voice (even if her original one would've been nice), and doesn't sing like a professional opera singer. Moser is clearly one of the best singers ever and the all time best Konigin, with a flawless technique and a voice of unbelievable size for such a repertoire. They don't have anything in common.
@anoperamusician I don't think Anna Netrebko has three,four colours of voice. she is really great,singer and actress. Edda Moser too really great voice , Barbara Frittoli isn't complete artist but it's my opinion of course.

Moser is clearly one of the best singers ever and the all time best Konigin, with a flawless technique and a voice of unbelievable size for such a repertoire. They don't have anything in common.
