  • He is my favorite TV chef, because of his rough way of preparing food. But, I gotta say those clams in shells are too big of a pain in the ass for a pizza.

  • I think jamie oliver must have been an italian in a previous life. with the way he loves olive oil :)

  • @creativebeing1 olive oil is the best. not that rubbish canola or vegatable oil. Im convinced olive oil is fine cause jamie is not fat.

  • have a little pizza with your olive oil, why don't you?

  • Damnit, I thought the hunk of granite was my idea :(

  • how can u eat shells? arent they really hard and sharp? tht cant b good for ur teeth

  • @slimjimtheman you pick the shells off of course.

  • That seafood-one is overloaded! What's up with the shells.

Sure those clam's shells won't give out a lot of flavor.

Sometimes he's going too far trying to be 'authentic'.

  • crusty pizza my ass. when he taps on it, it sounds like a fuckin' cardboard. pizza should be soft at the bottom and crusty on the outside. still searching for a good pizza dough recipe.

    Agretti.

  • Thank you so much for this post!

  • how hot and how long is the pizza inside the oven?

  • i would say 500 degrees Fahrenheit for about 5-7 mins for a thin crust pizza...make sure to warm the pizza stone for roughly 20-30 mins so its nice and hot...
