Because I understand Islam. I grew up with it. And I can tell you guys that these people are only there to spread Islam and kill anyone who doesn't convert. I was never a radical like that but I did know some people who felt that way and videos like this should show you guys what you're going up against.

Also, I think the big reaction is caused because of the fact he depicted Muhammed as a dog (an unclean animal). But in Sweden at that time people everywhere put up these dogs (not as Muhammed, but ordinary dogs) as installations in roundabouts everywhere around the country. They were everywhere! Made of wood, by ordinary people not meant to cause a stir at all but just a joyous celebration to art, life and to cause a smile. In that context I think it was much more benign than people understand..
