Just google it and the Swiss/Singaporeans do not have mandatory government health cover for everyone either, yet don't have crowds of people without care as opposed to the States with Medicare and Meidcaid that does and those two plans put up prices when trying to obtain doctors out of insurance!

The idea of "'suasion" instead of PERsuation is huge. Getting into folks through their hearts and guts as opposed to going through their brain has been used in marketing for years. Insidious stuff that I hope, when exposed, will awaken those gullible enough to fall for it. Americans need to awaken and question the messages they are being fed.

I never said the free market was bad--but EVERYTHING balanced on a free market is awful. The government has incredible programs that work and that save the lives of many. The Federal programs need to stay and be funded properly. There is always room for improvement, for sure, but getting rid of governmental safety nets that keep people who are in need from drowning in a sea of free market corruption is not a solution.
