It's actually a man made feature. They blasted the stone to change the course of the creek when the nearby railroad went in, to avoid having to route the railroad around the big bend in the creek or build two bridges.
is this place known as "red bridge"? is there a spot where people can stick their heads through the waterfall and see eachother behind it? i think i might know where this is.
