Hi -please tell me where you got your pipes from and did you need a re-jet
I have the same bike and same colour aswell.
Had mine 8yrs now and no major problems -xvs 650 are great bikes.

Great Sound....which Road Burners are these (Strippers,American classics,, What was the model Name or model number)

The sound is really nice.,bit deeper than mine which is HardKrome. Also the idling is perfect single slow beats. I guess you must have rejetted. Did you try a hypercharger?
