Let me fill in those who don't know about this ACORN business:

The scandal is that some of the names that were registered are fake, such as Mickey Mouse. However, since these people don't exist, they won't vote. ACORN only registered them because they were supposed to meet a certain amount of registrations and faked some to get payed. This scandal is not going to steal the election.

It's easy to say that if you don't know much about ACORN or who works for them. Pay is determined by the number of registrations they get, so naturally some make up registrations. Plus, a fake registered voter still has to show up with the proper I.D. ACORN doesn't administer elections, and there are multiple steps a registration goes through before it turns into a single vote at the polls. Those that turned in fake registrations should be punished, but don't oversell the criticism.

This is rather stupid. Obama worked for ACORN, has been endorsed by ACORN, and paid ACORN monies to register voters. Obama promised ACORN before he was sworn in that ACORN would help set his agenda. I believe if you looked at the issues, you would see the difference. McCain did not say he would ask Acorn to help him shape his presidential policy. What this picture shows is McCain being nice enough to stop by and say hello to Acorn... he is not involving them in his administration.
