an old old welder once told if you weld galvanized your suppose to drink lots of milk that night so you dont get galvanized sickness!! Of course now you use masks/ filters etc etc, but i hope this guy drank milk after this welding haha

He was welding galvanized pipe, you can tell by the yellow color at the side of the welds. Not a good thing to do. Grind the zinc coating off first. And wear a mask when grinding it. It is nasty stuff to get into your lungs.

from 1:00 on he is welding the same spot for almost a minute thats way to much! all you need is like 3 "butt" welds there, no more than an inch long, so if you weld for 1 minute on that all your doing is weakening the metal around the weld by over heating. plus if your weld bead is thicker than the metal your working on it's a waste.

your weld should be the same thickness as the metal. what took this guy 1 minute, should have only taken a maximum of 25 seconds of weld time.

I weld at school, and not only did he manage to go WAY to long, (everything that you said), but at one point he used 1 hand, the welder should be UP, CLOSE to a 90 degree angle (but not that close), and you have to PROPERLY hold 1 hand under the "rig" (as I call it...You know, where the wire comes out and the welding happens,), and he managed to do ALL of this wrong!!! Also, NO body protection!!!
