i dont think thats the problem with my dsi screen when you open it up you can see what on the whole screen but it i a light blue and green color (not mixed) then fades to a dark blue and black whick is clearer howdoi fix it

I had a red stuck pixel on my screen, what I used to fix it is the script mentioned in this video, and meanwhile the software was generating it's colors, tapped the screen with thumb. Didn't put much pressure, just a little of, pretend if you were massaging the screen.

The pixel faded away, came back, disappeared again, then came back. Afterwards, I tapped it once more and it disappeared completely.

i used the tapping method and it worked good for me. I had a red pixel.  i had to tap it for about 60 seconds straight till it started going away.. i waited 2 mins and it started coming back so i hit it for about 20 seconds more and it is gone now

Its not really a problem but when I make the same exact script as a batch file it doesnt look like that at all. This may be due to my computer processing it rediculously fast or due to my crappy onboard video, I am not sure. Any clues on your end? My window ends up looking all spazzy with random colored lines traveling up and down rather than the whole window changing color like yours does. I will now use this script at work to check if amachine is locked up from long distance. LOLthanks!

tube screens dont have that problem because they dont use liquid crystal displays (LCD) they use cathode ray tubes (CRT) they dont get stuck pixels but if you leave them on for a while with the same image, it will litereally burn into your screen (this is why we have screen savers, they litereally save your screen)

please help i have a olevia 255T FHD LCD HDTV and half of the screen has green distortion like flickering dots or pixels but colour green and only on exactly half of the tv (left side).

The green colour is only prominent when there is black on the screen like when watching it in 4:3 aspect and there is this huge green bar where black is supposed to be and while there is the colour black on the tv image it has green flickering dots T.T have any sugestion how to fix this problem?
