VF5 is a great game but I could do without the stupid costumes they give you. I wish sega would just put in a create a player mode. Now that would be dream come true.
They don't 'give' you anything. The customization options are vast; if you think a costume is dumb, do something about it. This particular Wolf player decided he liked his costume that particular way.
I still think that an option to create your own player like in Fire Pro Wrestling would be superior to just plain costume customization. Any one else agrees?
I think one of the strengths of playing Virtua Fighter and Sega games in general is that you are 'forced' to work and win with what they give you.
On the other hand making a virtual likeness of yourself is nice but the graphics engine and gameplay would have to be simplified to compensate. And usually create-a-characters don't "mesh" with the default characters in fighting games. That's why I don't appreciate it in Soul Calibur III.
