LoL templars OP? haha I love how when a persons class cant beat another class they classify it OP. The only REAL OP class in Aion atm is SM. Once they hit 42 with instant fear they are impossible to fight.
eh ya they r a tough fight but ive beaten this one SM twice now on the first attempt and hes 45. Now the 2nd fight he did do non stop fears but I belive my unwavering devotion or my magic resist is what let resist fear and allowed me to win the first times i fought him. But they are definately OP with a continus fear skills. Really gay if u ask me.

I know someone in korean live who plays a gladiator. Apparently gladiators suck compared to templar UNLESS the gladiator has full golden/enchanted gear. Equally geared a templar will usually beat a gladiator through raw defense and self healing however.
Since Chinese Aion, Templars have undergone some definite changes, so what liridon89 says is true. Templars used to be a bit more DPS as well, and now their offense has gone down in relation to their defense. They're just really hard to take down hp/defense wise
Idk what was changed, but my level 50 glad friend said i should go templar in NA live becuase gladiators suck balls without top end gear now. If in the top end gear they kick ass, but a templar will usually outdo a gladiator in 1.5 in general PvP end-game, 1v1, and templars have great dps for how crazy their survivability is.
fortunately this game isnt about 1 vs 1. It's built around group play where everyone is of great value. I bet a Gladiator teamed with a Chanter can beat a Templar teamed with a Chanter.

Basically gladiators suck unless in extremely high end gear, but a templar is capable of raping with average/nice gear.
