to many people are breeding these dogs and all others we run an american bull dog rescue and we are unendated with dogs that people no longer want cus they didnt look into it properly or they dont produce nice looking pups ,, its not the dogs fault , its down to people breeding , if it was stopped it would make my life a hel of a lot easer , i have to turn away at least 5 to 10 dogs away knowing they will be pts good dogs nothin wrong just cus we dont have the room to take them ,

This is the best type bulldog EVER! I to bought an Olde English Bulldoge and these dogs have Mastif in them and it's like UGA but way better. No heath problems and they grow to massive sizes, as yours clearly has. Nice pix.

It was also used by the romans as a war dog, and is easily capable of taking a bulldog, slightly lighter frame but much more athletic and agressive, as i have said i have owned both
@amirghulam American Bulldogs were used as a weight pull/farm guarding dog. They have a tremendous prey drive far above the rotti. In a fight it simply depends on the dog. In Miami Pitts are illegal and AB's have sadly become the substitute so they are great fighting dogs some dog fighters prefer them to pitts and for sure to rotti's

@hardviener all i said was if these 2 breeds were to have a fight, the rottweiler (if it was a well bread german rottweiler) would be superior, I have worked with both dogs and the rottweiler is much more athletic and more ferociouse, the bulldog can be a little too hefty and clumsy. rottweilers were used as guard and fighting dogs by the romans aswell
You mistake look's for fact's cuz the American Bulldog look's fat and clumsy but if it comes to action it moves like a pitbull and way faster than any rottweiler I ever seen. My 2 American bulldog's can jump up to 2 meter fence and run like crazy. In a fight I know my dog Danger wil rip the rotti a new hole.
But i don't let my dogs fight cuz i don't want them to get hurt and I love them to much. But if it comes to that the only thing he needs to fear is a Boerbull or a Kangal.

AMERICAN BULLDOG/Guatemalan Bulldog/Alapaha Blue Blood Bulldog
(With the exception of the Boerboel and Ovcharka, all of these breeds were originally bred to bait/fight/guard for a living.... the boerboel and ovcharka are guarding breeds with the ability to herd and watch as well... and their sheer size and strength (Boerboels and Ocvharkas can get to 200lbs!) make them incredible guarding breeds.

I have 6 years of bite training with not only AB's but also Boxer, Rotts and German Shephards in cooperation with K-9 units from the Chicago police Dept. We even do fundraiser events where new dog owners can come get training for protection service and the money is then payed forward to the F.O.P. Lodge 7 of Chicago. I don't need to prove anything to you. you're just a punk picking on kids.

to many people are breeding these dogs and all others we run an american bull dog rescue and we are unendated with dogs that people no longer want cus they didnt look into it properly or they dont produce nice looking pups ,, its not the dogs fault , its down to people breeding , if it was stopped it would make my life a hel of a lot easer , i have to turn away at least 5 to 10 dogs away knowing they will be pts good dogs nothin wrong just cus we dont have the room to take them ,

This is the best type bulldog EVER! I to bought an Olde English Bulldoge and these dogs have Mastif in them and it's like UGA but way better. No heath problems and they grow to massive sizes, as yours clearly has. Nice pix.

It was also used by the romans as a war dog, and is easily capable of taking a bulldog, slightly lighter frame but much more athletic and agressive, as i have said i have owned both

@amirghulam American Bulldogs were used as a weight pull/farm guarding dog. They have a tremendous prey drive far above the rotti. In a fight it simply depends on the dog. In Miami Pitts are illegal and AB's have sadly become the substitute so they are great fighting dogs some dog fighters prefer them to pitts and for sure to rotti's
But i love both breeds and am aginst dog fighting

@hardviener all i said was if these 2 breeds were to have a fight, the rottweiler (if it was a well bread german rottweiler) would be superior, I have worked with both dogs and the rottweiler is much more athletic and more ferociouse, the bulldog can be a little too hefty and clumsy. rottweilers were used as guard and fighting dogs by the romans aswell

You mistake look's for fact's cuz the American Bulldog look's fat and clumsy but if it comes to action it moves like a pitbull and way faster than any rottweiler I ever seen. My 2 American bulldog's can jump up to 2 meter fence and run like crazy. In a fight I know my dog Danger wil rip the rotti a new hole.
But i don't let my dogs fight cuz i don't want them to get hurt and I love them to much. But if it comes to that the only thing he needs to fear is a Boerbull or a Kangal.

You don't know American Bulldogs at all, my dog's can take on a rotti of any sise and any breed! The bite force and quickness of a Bulldog is way better than a rotti. You just talk bullshit and don't know nothing about rotti's or AB's. I never seen a rotti jump a 6foot wall and my dog can jump that high. My dog Danger is a 60kg tank with teeth that never lets go. @Skillfullnewbee The AB is far too wide and stumpy in shape, its short snout means it has breathing difficulties, My 65kg (143lb) roman rottweiler is much more athletically built, equally as strong but more ferociouse by nature. In a fight the AB would tire and become a snack for my rottweielr, which was used to run miles on end and has high stamina. my rottweielr can jump incredibly high, can run for miles and would destroy an AB, its quicker than a bully, more stamina, more ferocious, it wins

I hasten to add that it wasn't bred for the blood lust in man, it was a working, herding dog that has since been used in a whole range of roles - guide dogs, search and rescue and police dogs. Give me a Rotty over a Fila Brasiliero or Presa Canario any day.

@handsomeJajo Give me a "skinny rat" anyday (70-80 lbs). They can do the work that the REAL southern bulldog was intended to do, plus they will live 10-13 yrs. If you like "beasts" get a Newfoundland. Don't alter a perfectly good breed.
