Wikipedia does not claim to be the truth, it's a store of Knowledge and knowledge isn't always truth. Of course there is a risk of getting inaccurate information, but I believe that Wikipedia is still extremely useful, maybe not always for getting the small details, but for understanding the general picture. The site has done a great job keeping those who edit articles well in, and banning IPs that edit in bullshit. Plus even if an article isn't accurate, somebody can report it, say that its biased, mark uncited sources, ect. so that you will know what may be wrong with an article when you read.

@vniguam Not quite sure what you mean by "enter the wiki vandalism". If you mean, track vandalism to Wikipedia, then that's already done through Wikipedia itself. Again, the "History" section on the article can display who has edited it, and the "Contributions" section on an anonymous editor's page will show all the article the anon has edited. It's not that difficult.
