I took cab myself on 450,2003 and knowing what has to be removed to lift up the cab you didn't show anything,so I don't know what's the point of posting this video.
I must say very nice work... Organized, and knowledgeable crew but why in the world did you lift the truck from its running boards? They took mine off with an air wrench took 3 mins! Maybe next time
