Oh, the memories... This awesome theme is definitely the best one of ASSMGP2, IMO. It NEVER misses moving me to tears each time I hear it. So beautiful, with its soft and nostalgic tunes ~o~

Such awesome games they are as wel, the SMGP games. I proudly own both of them, and love them both. Both have their good and bad points IMO : the 1st definitely has the better WC mode and pitting has a real use here, but the 2nd has the lithium battery-save system, the rain and the Senna GP mode.

Yeah I was addicted to the WC mode in SMGP. I actually took all the drivers and made my own World Championship with them using toy cars! Me and my imagination in my younger days =)

i own both the Genesis and the Game Gear versions. it's a shame what happened to one of the greatest F1 drivers

I cried when it happend. I remember saying to my dad after the crash that it didn't look good and he said he'll be fine it's Ayrton Senna! Then the 6 o'clock news came on and announced his death. Such a shock.

I was never fortunate to own this game, I only had the first Super Monaco GP game which I loved to bits. But I'm playing it now on GENS32 as I speak and it's a very good game, but I'm gonna be bias and say the first one is better lol

Hehe well I loved them both, I have downloaded this on an emulator too and I only played it for about 15 minutes because playing with the keyboard is not the same as a control pad. I am going to wait and buy a Mega Drive again and buy this game and play it with a control pad because it will be much better :)

You can buy USB control pads and set them to the Mega Drive setup but you're right it's not the same as the real thing. I know you can buy USB SNES controllers but I'm not sure you can buy USB Mega Drive controllers or not.
