  • @Cooldude20107 I would have to say the turning back side kick used properly to the head or stomach will either knock out an opponent or break multiple ribs.

  • I know this'll only strengthen you with practice, but what are the odds of your injuring your left knee as you land, pivot and stabilize with it? Your left knee looks like it's taking a lot of punishment whenever you perform the kick!

  • @xxJump1ngB0yxx probably most of your leg should be flexable and you should stretch all parts to be able to get like this dude.

  • i am a white belt, and know am ready for my yellow belt. so i have the basics down but i when i kick (at no target) it is never at the imaginary target i want to hit. i am not sure what i am doing wrong,or if i am even ready for this kick yet.

  • @19HIVELY96 Props to you for giving this kick a go man :), but as a lower grade you may want to focus on working on your basic techniques and kicks so you can get the fundamentals down before you can throw this kick properly. Honestly the foundation of your Taekwondo is more important.

  • can you do jumping 360 hook kick on the spot? ... without taking that swing forward? if you can make a tutorial on that it would be awesome. cuz im having a hard time with that kick

  • @dmfg89latina not really that big swing is neccessary to get you ALL the way around so that when you bring your knee in it has enough room to go through the target with momentum

  • When I started learning this kick, It took me some time to figure that my wrong circular motion kwpt me falling to the left when I landed (kick with right leg), like I wasn't turning my body properly to the right.

    Today it's nice n' easy :)

  • @TheBobbygirl1 wat u said is true you do exhale not to get winded and for more power in the technique, but to protect ya stomach u have to exhale properly from the pit of ya stomach. so as you breath out ya protecting yaself, but it must come from the pit of the stomach to work. exhaling gives power but not protection, power and protection from breathing comes from the pit of the stomach

  • @EliasOwnage95 yes m8 u need be flexible. just stretch 3 times a day and practice static kicks b4 moving on to this or chances are youll injure yaself and in most cases those injuries can be quite bad. good luck training

  • @EliasOwnage95 tkd can be expensive, dont worry about friends going with u ull make friends while ya there. look for a good tkd club one thats not money orientated otherwise ull end up a worthless black belt u may look the bollox wiv a black belt but when u get to competition ull soon find out that black belt aint worth shit. so look for a good club who'll make you earn ya grades. i prefer ITF tkd its the traditional tkd the martial art. but there all good. jus do it m8 u wont regret it ;)

  • @EliasOwnage95 no clubs outside your town where ya live? theres always other martial arts, kickboxing and kyokushin karate is really good. hhhmmm dunno wat to suggest m8, if yu just wanna learn to kick like this keep watching kwonkicker vids coz this guy knows his stuff, and keep stretching evryday 3 times a day. or, u cud go to the tkd club and learn the basics from em, like how to kick n what to kick with without causing yaself injury. but if u wanna learn martial arts, id look for a good club

  • @pooponhoop Plyometrics. i.e.: Jumping squats, jumping push-ups, jump from a 2 or 3 feet high box or whatever, land on your toes try not to let your heel touch the ground or bend or knees, or passive plyo's, like attaching weights to your ankles and wrists and keep them on you the whole day, and train with the weights on (when you're finally able to, because it's not easy)

  • Another great tutorial. Question - Do you find this kick much easier to do one way than the other. I'm right footed so most of my kicks are best with my right leg. But for this kick I find spinning anti-clockwise feels much more natural which means I can do this kick much better with the left leg. Is there any way I could improve spinning clockwise and kicking, or does everyone find spinning one way much easier than the other?
