@KandySkullz You can use this clay (Grace Clay) to make canes but it might take a bit patience to wait for one part to dry before you move on the other part
If i were to use chalk to colour on top of the air-dry clay, do i apply it when the clay is dry or when the clay is wet? Cause i left alot of my miniatures to dry already without any colouring on top of it. Thanks ;)
@smxiu You may apply when it is either wet or dry, but becareful not to put much water to the colour when the clay is still wet as it will ruin the shape
@AngeldemonLOLZ Yes you can, but polymer doesn't involve with mixing colours and it requires baking. you may search for other youtube videos regarding polymer clay
@Dalleza It is not easy to buy unless you live in Japan/Hong Kong/Taiwan. I do sell them for AUD22 + postage. Please let me know if you are intersted. Or maybe you can purchase a french bread starter pack for AUD20+ postage. It includes instructions/clay/tools/bonus wooden tray/colour etc
@Milk4ppl I just used PVA glue to combine the items together :) You can visit my website to see more photos. (Please refer to the video for the website address)
@japaneseerasersareme You will need to tell me what you would like to make and I'll give you a quote. Then I will invoice you for the payment and I will send you the item. Just like ebay. Thanks
That is just some white glue to mix with the clay. The green leaves are actually I purchased from model shop, it is for building the trees, leaves for landscapes
what is the name brand of the clay you use? Isn't Fuwa Fuwa Japanese clay? I've heard Luna is the best but I've never worked with anything other than sculpey III, fimo, premo, & super sculpey ... thanks!
It works with arcylic too, but I prefer oil paint, because the clay is made from oil tree. For countries where have humid weather it is better to use oil paint to avoid the item get molded in the future.
The oil paint you can purchase at any art shop. You can buy the clay from me @ AUD20 + postage. If you are at Hong Kong or Japan you can buy it locally at the art shops.
is there a clay that i could use to make canes that can easily mix with oil paints and have a rich color?

After opening the packet of Grace Clay, how do you preserve the freshness of the rest of the clay in the packet?
Estherng123 2 years ago
It is best to use clining wrap over the clay and use a air tight box to store it.
luluminiatures 2 years ago
I use oil paint to mix with the clay. Fimo is different type of clay and no need to mix color in
luluminiatures 2 years ago
