@WeddingPlanner00 As a rule, even those with black hair should avoid jet black eyebrows. The exception being women of Middle Eastern descent. They can usually do jet black brows. Otherwise, if you have black hair, I would suggest a dark brown for your eyebrows. HTH!

@xoxocutiecentral Hey! Sorry for the late response, but I got mine from Sephora. It's by Benefit, and it's called "Shelac". It comes in a box, and the bottle is blue. Just go to a Sephora store (not a JCPenney one) and go to the Benefit section.
