@boazlinn No not really, they come down so gradually you don't really notice the descent. The only time you ever really feel a dropping sensation is funnily enough during take off when the plane levels out. Also if you experience turbulence the plane may bob about causing some lifting and dropping sensations. If you are worried about the feeling of flying then some airlines will allow you to request wing seats as these are the smoothest feeling seats on the plane.
I hate flying. The first time I went was with my sister and we were I think 9 and 10. I had the best time of my life, but now I get so scared when I fly. On the way home from Disneyland we had to fly at night which I hate and I had a panic attack and my mom yelled at me. In the end I made it home.

I love to fly...especially when the plane takes off.
Taking off can be scary for some people so I suggest that your read the magazines or something just to distract you.

My favorite part of flights is the take off.I luv the speed & the loud roars AND... atlast the lift off from the ground & sudden gaining of altitude.

I remember my first flight, it was 2 years ago. I just closed my eyes and kept saying "oh shit" as we took off. I love flying now though! haha :)

About the problem with the ears, try chewing some chewinggum during takeoff that helps.
But how can one not like flying?! It's like the best thing that could ever happen to u!!! IT'S AWSOME!!! XD
