Your awsome on the weakness guide, it really helped alot, The moves I used were Ice Beam, Surf & Thunderbolt, this fight was so easy when facing Dragonite and Gyarados since you said it's 4x weak to it.

your walktrough is great, but one thing you should check is the pokemon skills when you go to that folder on the pokemon sumary check if the pokemon has more attack than special attack or more defence than special defence or vice versa, becouse a pokemon with a good attack and a good physical attack or a medium can beat a pokemon with a strong attack and a great special attack move, just an advice

So this battle would of turned out to be easy just to let you know if you used those moves at the time, no offence to you of course, at least you beaten him the hard way which I do give you credit on.

You should of used Ice Beam on Dragonair and Dragonite, since Dragonair is 2x weak to Ice moves and Dragonite is 4x weak to Ice moves as well. Also you should of used Thunderbolt on Gyarados which is also 4x weak to and you were spot on with Aerodactyl which Ice Beam does 2x the damage on it.
