  • Paul Gray is indeed rocking still in Sydney. He still does the Wa Wa Nee thang from time to time but also is a most respected MD for a whole host of artists. He is one of Australia's truly gifted musicians. A fantastic piano player.

  • Herk, Hi-NRG music! : P

  • I like this video and the voice.

    When was this video shot.

What venue and what city was shot in.

What ever happened to the drummer. Is he still playing now.

Is Paul Gray still living in Sydney

    Thanks

  • They were very hot in their day! I was a massive fan in the mid 80's. Paul Gray is still very talented and has worked with Damien Leith recently.

sort of lost contact with popular music during this time - as u do

funky as hell is a great discription of this band and Paul and Steve

  • Funky as all hell. They were the first band I ever saw live. They have such good energy on stage. Saw Paul Grey again a few years ago performing this and it was magnificent. Stunning song, my FAV from Wa Wa Nee!

  • Thanks so much for posting this. I was actually the 8th member of their fanclub! I remember seeing them support Eurogliders at Princes Park in Carlton in the 80s. Those were the days!!! Have you got the video for stimulation anywhere in your archives???

  • The fanclub!!! I still have in a box somewhere the notepads, photos, letters and badges from the club!! I remember my disappointment when I sent them a letter (I was 15 at the time) and several months later my letter was returned back unopened because they had split up and no longer had that mailbox!!!!

  • HA HA! Yea I remember in Cabramatta! Pseudo Echo at the time were not allowed to play there cause the guitar/keyboarder player was under 18!

  • @duesseldorf67 Yeah man i usd to go there all the time in the late 80's and then Asylum in Parramatta and the back to Sweethearts in the early 90's...BEST FUCKING YEARS OF MY LIFE!!!

  • @duesseldorf67 Um ...WOW! sorry for the late reply.... but "SWEETHEARTS"!!!!!????? Did you forget our legendary Aussie masters COLD CHISEL penning a song about the same joint?? (Breakfast at Sweethearts)?

  • Well done, had seen then many times live, the Gray brothers were cool, the music was way before its time.
