I highly, highly doubt you saw surgical scars. Asian cosmetic surgeons (at least the ones in the industrialized countries) are top-notch. No surgeon would remain in business for long if he were so clumsy as to leave scars from a routine procedure like an eye job. And if a star like JRW were to go in for a procedure (not that I think she has), surely she could afford the very best. Conclusion?  She did not have her eyes done.
