Power = Speed x Strength, equally trained, a light weight fighter can never beat a heavy weight fighter, the so called skilled won't compensate lack of power that much.

At any rate ,this Sifu is obviously Very , Highly skilled at his Art ! 1st ,...You have your Math Confused , as it applies to Martial Arts . It is actually , " Force ( Power / Strength) = Mass times Speed ." Then you talk about " equal training ." You`d have to define that clearly .
@sjander29 its not monkey fist,its xing yi (shape and intent gong fu ) Very effective system,unlike most "shaolin" kung fu,which only focuses on demonstrations and acrobats. This is the REAL DEAL !!
@MechPhantom -I think we both agree that this Master is Definitely Expert in what he does . I`ve seen alot of Xing Yi , and I`ve seen some Monkey Style before - still looks like Monkey Style to me . What is his name ? And where does he teach ? BTW ,some Shao-Lin Styles still are for Real - Check out - 7-Star Praying Mantis , Liu He Mantis , White Crane , Weng Chun , Wing Chun , Hung Chuan , etc.,etc.. At least we both agree that this Sifu is the " Real Deal ." :-)
@sjander29 Yea lol hes my fav real monk, coz dese days there are many "monks" who are actually wushu ppl dressed in robes,trtying to b monks lol.The styles u say abv are the few Real kung fu left lol,but u forget hung gar lol,that is also deadly and real MA. No doubt this monk uses xing yi ,but yea cant blame u and ppl for thinking tis monkey,coz of his hand movements.Its still xing yi lol. Search shi de jian,hes that guy but in another vid,he says he uses xing yi,not monkey.
