Guys get dark eye people say its bad but it actually makes you're ninja really strong if you just have strong moves dark eye is 2nd best (eye of mirror) so just take strong secret talents (fire one and plant one) (forgot names)

@gangsterdavid01 DP is a good choice, especially if you've allocated most of your stat points to fire.

@FITHRI1000 yes its really good in thunder, your skills costs high cp, meridian strengten can boost your cp up to 20% something. The dark eye passive skill that increase your accuracy by 5%, Meridian search that can boosts your critical damage and crit rate.

talents is very useful depending on what jutsus u have..., dark eye talent suits best to wind bender, most of the time.., as to the performance and effects it cud give, that depends on how u play the game

@SuperDavidivan its percentage is ridiculously low, and it rarely happens in PvP even if you have it maxed. The only useful of it imo is mirror of freedom and mirror of grace.
