@magicalgamezz766 Well, they shouldn't have different speeds if they only ran one operation at a time. What a dual-core processor allows you is to run more operations at the same time. Now, this is very subjective. There are processors that do a better job than others even if they're both clocked at the same speed. The OS has a lot to do also. I've noticed Mac OS run a lot better on an underpowered processor, than Windows 7. If you need any specific comparison, let me know.
